We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work at HOP.
Returns and exchanges
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Size exchanges depend on stock availability.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
